Except for non-modifiable, non-cancellable offers, cancellations are not subject to a fee if they are made within the time limit of the Booking. Cancellations after this period will be charged a fee equal to the amount of the first night.

We are aware that many of you have taken up business travel and we have made a point of being present to offer you accommodation and catering. We apply to the letter the health and safety guide, implemented by our Brit'Hotel network, in order to minimise the risks for you, our clients, but also for us, our employees. This is how we do it:
On your arrival
- Secure reception with plexiglass, hydroalcoholic gel, social distancing.
- Handing-over of a disinfected key.
Dinner
- We offer you a meal formula in your room.
- We use gloves and masks when preparing your dinner.
- We leave your tray in front of your door without any contact and collect the dishes, which you will have taken care to leave outside the room after your meal.
Breakfast
- Order by phone from your room the day before for the next day, precise schedule, ...
- We leave your breakfast in front of your door without any contact and pick up the dishes, which you will have taken care to leave outside your room after your meal.
At your departure
- Payment by credit card or remote debit.
- Sending of the invoice by email.
- Recovery and disinfection of keys.
General good hygiene practices
- Regular disinfection of common areas: handles, knobs, reception counters, communal toilets, coffee machines, etc.
- For guests staying several nights and in order to avoid the handling of potentially contaminated linen, we do not provide room cleaning services during your stay. Clean linen will be available on request at the reception desk.
- After your departure, the room will be locked for one day to air and disinfect it.
